1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is not a part of a promotional or clearance sale.
  • The return must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items purchased on final sale or discounted offers.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Rejected returns (due to damage, usage, or missing packaging) will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
