1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product is not a part of a promotional or clearance sale.
- The return must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items purchased on final sale or discounted offers.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Rejected returns (due to damage, usage, or missing packaging) will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Exchange Policy
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
5. Return Shipping
